Neil has a wealth of experience from regional independent brokers prior to setting up Ravenhall Risk Solutions Ltd. Since then Neil has been awarded two Insurance Times awards for Brokers Broker and New Achiever in 2008, along with Young Broker of the year at the UK broker awards in 2008 and BIBA young broker of the year in 2009.

Neil works closely with the chartered insurance institute in promoting careers in the industry.

James has over 20 years experience in the broking industry, his experience ranges from large national insurance brokers through to regional brokers at board level. As such James cover clients across the UK, and has been highlighted by Industry insiders as one of the UKs foremost specialists in the construction industry.

As such James has consulted with the metropolitan policy and at national level on projects to assist the sector in improving plant theft solutions.
