Insurance Brokers That Are Dedicated to Claims!!

A week ago, a client of ours got burgled, they broke into his factory and stole tools and a vehicle which was parked safely inside. the thieves took the keys and drove it away.

Ravenhall were on site the next day to ensure all of the relevant information had been collated and that the claim could progress quickly in order to get the client back up and running ASAP.

Last night the client called our director James Daly at 19:30, to say that the vehicle had been spotted in a car park in Leeds. James advised the client to call the police out but they suggested organising to get the vehicle recovered.

There were two sets of keys to the vehicle, the ones the client had stolen and the spare which were in our possession in order to send to the insurance company once the claim was ready to be submitted for the van, so at 21:30 James collected the keys from the office and met the recovery vehicle at 21:50 with the keys so it could be driven off and stored in somewhere safe.

By the end of Monday night the client had his van recovered, it was safe, and today can be being fitted with new locks so that it can be used again as soon as possible.

Its the little things that help when you have had a claim, someone by your side to help make things easier, even if that is dropping some keys off with a recove ry vehicle or assisting with the paperwork.

James went above and beyond what is expected as an insurance broker for this client… At Ravenhall we try to make this our Normal!
