Originally, CII awarded qualifications only to individuals working in insurance. Now, businesses can obtain the Chartered Insurance Broker status. Customers looking for a Chartered Insurance Broker can now seek out businesses that hold this standard as well, making the industry easier to navigate when looking for a reputable business to advise and arrange coverage.
To achieve and uphold a Chartered Insurance Broker status, we adhere to and meet strict conditions. It requires several years of service in the industry, a majority of staff holding a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification, core values allied with the Chartered Insurance Institute Code of Ethics, and an open business for any client who requires insurance services.
We have a consistent attitude to training, most of our team are qualified and most of them are on the next steps of their professional qualifications. We have invested in Apprentices, placement students and grown our own across the region over the years. Chartered status is the pinnacle of professionalism in our industry and as such chartered status sets us apart from the competition.
